How to book a locksmith with us:

  1. Decide: Are you looking for an emergency or scheduled locksmith?

Book an emergency locksmith service: locked out, key snapped, door won’t close, or break-in.
Appointment or scheduled locksmith service: lock change, lock upgrade, new cylinder installation, smart lock, master keying or keyed alike solutions.

  2. Give us the important details (have these ready):

    – Full address and postcode
    – Best contact number and name on site
    – What happened / What is the issue of lock type if known (Euro cylinder, mortice, night latch/Yale) – let us know if you have a key lost, lock jammed, latch sticking, keys stolen and so on
    – Time window you need (ASAP, today, tomorrow, specific slot)

  3. Book the job

Speak to us and we will book a locksmith right away. Let us know what is your preferred contact method (call, SMS, WhatsApp) and the locksmith will be in touch shortly. He will be handling the job from there on.

  4. Get a confirmation

Shortly after the booking you will get an ETA or time slot when the locksmith calls you back. The entire process will be straight forward.

  5. Prepare for our locksmith’s arrival and agree the plan before work starts

Keep your phone nearby to stay in touch with the locksmith. He will offer updates about his ETA or he might need some indications when it comes to parking. After he get at your address he’ll let you know how he can assist you.
Also, he will explain all the options you have first and what is the method of opening needed (non-destructive if possible). More than that, he’ll let you know about the parts to be used during the process (if any).

  6. After the job

Test the door and the lock: test the latch, the new lock, try the key (turn from both sides), check alignment and so on.
If it’s all good, you will receive your VAT receipt/invoice and warranty terms if applicable.
Also, you can consider extra keys or security upgrades while our professional tech is there.
